      • Keep in mind that when people treat you badly, it’s usually more about making themselves feel better than about who you are. You’re just the nearest target 😉

      • keeping calm and not reacting I got to know a lot about the person, he was ‘taught’ by a bully and it was more ‘learned behaviour’ – also he has issues with not being liked (“I don’t care if no-one likes me” repeated three times). Little eye contact – which is normal 😉 Also I think he is out of his depth in his position.
